Hattusas Ancient City

Hattusa was the capital of the Hittite Empire in the late Bronze Age. It was found to be located near Boğazkale, Çorum, Turkey. Hattusa was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1986.

The city founded in the 6th century BC and abandoned in 1200 BC.

Coordinates: 40° 1' 14.92" N  34° 36' 50.14" E
