Ikiztepe Hoyuk

İkiztepe Hoyuk or İkiztepe Hoyuk (Turkish: İkiztepe Höyüğü) is an ancient village located in the Bafra district of Samsun Province. İkiztepe is a Bronze Age settlement. The village was home to about 300 people at its peak, around 3200 to 2100 BC. Artefacts found here include ceramics, bronze rings and bracelets, bone needles, figurines, javelin points, and other metal implements. There are four mounds of 29 meters in height, 22 meters in height, 12 meters in height and meters 16 in height.
