Gazi Mihal Bridge

Gazi Mihal Bridge or Hamidiye Bridge (Turkish: Gazim Mihal Köprüsü or Hamidiye Köprüsü) is located in Edirne Province. The bridge was built by Ottoman Empire in 1420. It crosses the Tunca. The bridge was originally built by Byzantine emperor Michalel VIII (1259-1282) but was rebuilt by Ottoman frontier lord Gazi Mihal. The bridge has 16 arches.
